What types of vehicles can I choose to drive?
Do I need to pay a sign-up fee?
To process your application (including background and credit checks), an Admin Fee of RM250 is required. However, only RM50 will be collected upfront, and the remaining amount should be paid upon successful application.
Who is eligible to participate?
Only Malaysian citizens over 21 years old with a valid Competent Driving License are eligible. Probationary Driving License (P License) holders are not accepted.
What are the criteria for application approval?
Application approval is contingent upon successful background and credit checks.
What is the duration of the rental contract?
The rental contract period must be a minimum of 3 months.
Are there any incentives for referring others to the Rentals program?
Yes, if you refer a new driver to the Moovby, you will receive a referral bonus of RM100. The referral bonus will be paid within 14 working days after you collect the rental car.
